I bring a trauma-informed lens to my work with children (ages 2+), adolescents, and adults. My areas of expertise include trauma, anxiety, ADHD, sibling conflict, autism, and mood disorders. I work with both individuals and families, including parents of children who have experienced abuse.

My sessions often combine talk therapy with somatic tools and expressive therapies such as EMDR, Sand Tray Therapy, Art Therapy, and Child-Centered Play. I emphasize body-based awareness, resourcing, and practical takeaways so clients can immediately begin applying what we work on together.
